BurnSafe® Preventing Fire and Burns
The Burn Foundation, in partnership with the Homeland Security Administration, has produced a series of DVDs to acquaint burn patients and their families, including first responders, with the burn center experience, post hospitalization expectations and other information related to treatment and recovery. Each presentation runs about 20-30 minutes and feature patients who have been treated at burn centers, medical staff and first responders.
A full list of the titles available is below. The programs are free of charge to all patients, non-profits and first responder organizations. Fire and Burn Prevention Literature
The Burn Foundation offers several publications to promote fire and burn prevention. As with the DVDs, they are free to non-profits, etc. as stated above. For-profits will pay a nominal per-item price to cover production, shipping and handling.
